Once payment is completed, for items currently in stock, the standard processing time for shipment is 2 to 5 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends). If an order falls on a holiday, the shipping date will be postponed to the following business day. For out-of-stock items, we will contact you via phone or email to provide an estimated delivery date.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount. The shipping standards for Taiwan are as follows:

• Orders under NT$1,200: A shipping fee of NT$120 will be charged.

• Orders of NT$1,200 or more: Enjoy free shipping.

Note: The final cost shown on the checkout page shall prevail. These standards do not apply to cases listed under "Special Shipping Rates and Exclusion Clauses."

To ensure delivery efficiency and quality, our company will assign the most suitable logistics partner (e.g., Post, Hsinchu Logistics, or Pelican Express) based on the characteristics of the items (such as size and weight) and the delivery region. Consequently, we are unable to accept requests for specific courier services.

If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, an additional collection service fee will be charged based on the order amount. The rates are as follows:

• Orders of NT$2,000 or less: NT$30 fee.

• Orders from NT$2,001 to NT$5,000: NT$60 fee.

• Orders from NT$5,001 to NT$10,000: NT$90 fee.

• Orders from NT$10,001 to NT$20,000: NT$120 fee.

Note: Cash on Delivery is not available for "Customized Products."

If your order meets any of the following conditions, shipping fees will be quoted separately, and the free shipping offer will not apply:

• Special Geographic Areas: The delivery address is in a remote area of Taiwan’s main island, outlying islands, or overseas locations.

• Size and Weight Restrictions: The product is oversized or overweight, exceeding standard logistics carrying limits.

• Special Product Types: Such as "Customized Products" or "Fragile Items."
