Do I need to register to place an order or send an inquiry?
You need to register an account to place an order (online checkout). Inquiries can be sent as a guest, but please make sure to enter a valid email address so we can reply to your quote. If you register later with the same email, your past inquiries will appear in your member center.
How do I get a quote?
Search by part number on the site, then add items to the inquiry cart and submit. Our sales team will reply by email. You can also use the online inquiry form for parts not listed on the site.
Do you ship internationally?
Direct online purchase is currently available only within Taiwan. For customers outside Taiwan, please send an inquiry first — our sales team will follow up with shipping options and a formal quotation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do online quotations work?
When you add in-stock items to the cart, you can generate a quotation online by yourself — useful when your company needs an internal pricing review before issuing a PO. This auto-quotation is system-generated and only supports in-stock items eligible for online purchase; you must be a registered member to use it. (This is different from the formal quotation manually sent by our sales team in reply to an inquiry — those follow the standard inquiry workflow.)
What payment methods are available?
Credit card, ATM / bank transfer, and approved corporate accounts may use a monthly credit account. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Do you provide invoices? Triplicate (公司戶) invoices?
All orders come with an electronic invoice. To request a triplicate invoice (with company tax ID), please fill in the company name and tax ID at checkout. Note: if you select "monthly credit" as the payment method, a triplicate invoice is mandatory; for direct payment (credit card / ATM), you may choose either format freely.
Can I pick up at a physical store?
Yes. We have stores in Hsinchu offering in-stock pickup. Please confirm stock before visiting. See store locations for addresses, phone and hours.
Can you help source parts not listed on the site?
Yes. Use the online inquiry form or contact a sales rep. Provide the part number, brand, quantity and intended use, and we will assist with sourcing and quotation.
What about returns?
Electronic components are sensitive parts — please verify spec, appearance and packaging immediately upon receipt. See return policy for the eligible scope and procedure.
How do I apply for a corporate monthly credit account?
Corporate customers can apply online for a monthly credit account (ship-first, pay-later). See credit account center for the application process and required documents, or contact a sales rep.
Are bulk / project orders eligible for special pricing?
Yes. For bulk, project or long-term cooperation orders, please contact us with your requirements list and we will provide a project quotation.
How do I get the datasheet?
Some product pages provide download links. If not available, mention it in your inquiry and our sales team will help obtain the manufacturer datasheet.
Is the stock shown on the website real-time?
Stock data is synced periodically from our internal system. Final confirmation is based on actual shipment. For high-demand items we recommend confirming via inquiry or phone before ordering.
