No. The quotation feature is free for all registered 100Y members with no usage limit.
Quotations are valid for 7 days by default. After that the status changes to “Expired” but the record is kept. For a new quote, create a new quotation or use “Refresh Prices”.
Prices are locked when the quotation is created and the PDF shows those unit prices. You can update to the latest prices at any time with the “Refresh Prices” button in your account centre.
Yes. In your account centre you can convert a quotation into a formal order in one click and go straight to checkout. For sales assistance or price negotiation, please use the “Inquiry” feature to contact our sales team.
Yes. Download the PDF and share it as an email attachment. A notification email is also sent automatically to the address in your member profile when a quotation is created.
